The Office

  • The Office lobby can accommodate seating for up to 30. The Conference Room, Library and Kitchen can provide additional seating.

  • The Office includes the lobby with 10 bistro tables and 30 bistro chairs, the conference room and library with additional seating, a full kitchen, and powder room. The Office also has a smart TV, and built-in speakers for music.

  • Three Hour Minimum: $500

    Additional Hours: +$50/hour

The Carriage House

  • Comfortably seats 40, with additional seasonal patio seating for 24.

  • The Carriage House comfortably seats 40, but can accommodate larger parties. The Carriage house includes 6 low tables with 32 chairs, 2 wooden booths, 2 tables for serving, and 2 high tables for additional serving or display. Also included is access to the outdoor patio, with seating for 24 under Edison lighting (weather permitting), access to a full kitchen, bathroom, smart TV, and Bluetooth speaker to connect to your playlists.

The Property

  • Comfortably accommodates 150+

  • The Property bundle gives you access to The Office and Carriage House, with options to block off the parking lot, have overnight storage, and additional tables/chairs.

FAQs and Terms

Set Up

Set up may be done within specified reserved hours unless otherwise arranged.

Required Clean Up

  • Remove all trash to the dumpster next to Hair Works in the back parking lot

  • Clean any major spills

  • Remove all personal items

  • Clear all items from parking lot

Decorations

You may bring any decoration you would like, but they must be free-standing from PCA property.

  • No decorations may be nailed, stapled, tacked, pinned, taped or glued on the walls, windows, floors, ceilings, fixtures, doors, or roof. Cost to repair any damage caused by doing so will be  billed to the reserving group

  • No confetti or glitter is allowed

  • All decorations must be removed following the event

Consumables

You must supply all food, beverages and paper products needed for your event.  No serving items, plates, napkins, utensils, food or refreshments are included.

Kitchen

Kitchen includes stove, oven, refrigerator, and microwave.

Please bring all cookware and utensils needed. There are some utensils & kitchen supplies that you may use if needed, but they must be thoroughly cleaned and returned to the cabinets.
